    Great signage describing the important role this town played in the settlrment of the area as well as its whaling history, not to mention the fact that it was the location of the largest saving of whales that had stranded en mass.

    Flinders Bay is one of my favourite places very relaxing very friendly locals great place for a spot of fishing I know swim we are not getting bashed around by the waves.

    Just another awesome place in WA. When I thought that I'd seen enough amazing towns along this coast... Augusta comes along. The folk who stay here are truly blessed!
